What this website collects

This website has no user accounts. It does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics, and it does not store what you type into its forms.

When you fill in an enquiry form, your browser turns your answers into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing reaches us unless you choose to send that message from WhatsApp.

Our web host, Hostinger, may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

Information you send us

When you message or call us on WhatsApp, by phone, or through Instagram or Facebook, we receive your name, your phone number and whatever you choose to share. That can include a property's location, size and documents, or the land you are looking for.

Please don't send Aadhaar, PAN or bank details unless we ask for them for a specific step in your transaction.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and understand your property or requirement.
• To arrange site visits, share property details and coordinate documentation that you ask us to handle.
• To keep a record of our conversation and of any transaction we work on for you.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We message you on WhatsApp about the enquiry you started. If you ask us to stop messaging you, we will stop. We do not sell your personal information.

WhatsApp and other services

Messages you send us on WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp and are also covered by WhatsApp's privacy policy. The same applies to Instagram and Facebook.

When we share information

We share your details only when it is needed for something you asked us to do. For example, we may share them with the other party in a sale you are part of, or with the advocate, surveyor or document writer working on your matter. We may also share them with a government office where a registration or filing requires it. We do this only with your agreement or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry conversations for as long as we need them to help you. We keep transaction records for as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
