How to check MP guideline values

   Open the official portal

   Use the SAMPADA link below. The navigation item is labelled ‘गाईडलाइन देखें’ (View guideline). No sign-in was needed to view the public district list during our check.

   Choose a financial-year section

   ‘वर्तमान वित्तीय वर्ष की गाईडलाइन’ opens the current-year district list. ‘पिछले वित्तीय वर्षों की गाईडलाइन’ is for previous years. Read the year printed in the actual document before using it.

   Choose your district

   Select your district from the guideline list. A district-directory entry does not by itself verify a particular PDF. Maihar, Mauganj and Pandhurna were not separate entries in the list we checked; confirm their correct registration mapping with the department.

   Search the relevant location

   For the on-screen lookup, use ‘वर्तमान वित्तीय वर्ष की गाईडलाइन दरें देखें’. Choose By Hierarchy or By Colony Name. The hierarchy flow begins with the district and sub-registrar office, then offers the relevant location choices.

   Keep the entry in context

   Check the locality, property category, area unit, financial year and any notes or amendments together. Keep the original source link and document page number so you can find the same entry again.
